Hi, I'm Ricki Graham.

For more than 30 years, I've worked as a licensed Physical Therapist, helping older adults regain strength, independence, and confidence. Throughout my career, I've cared for people in hospitals, home health, schools, and rehabilitation settings. I've also worked closely with families during some of life's biggest changes.

As a Senior Transition Specialist, I understand that moving from one stage of life to another can feel overwhelming. Whether someone is planning ahead, downsizing, moving to a senior community, or facing an unexpected life change, my goal is to make the process easier and less stressful.

I believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. I take time to listen, understand each family's unique situation, and connect them with trusted resources that fit their needs.

My background in healthcare allows me to see the whole picture—not just the move itself, but the emotional, physical, and practical challenges that often come with it. I enjoy helping families find solutions so they can focus on what matters most: spending time together and making confident decisions.
